Alrayyan Market is an online marketplace app that allows users to browse products and place orders.

• Delivery availability: Currently limited to Ethiopia only
• Payment method: Manual payments only (bank transfer or similar)

At this time, Alrayyan Market does not process or store online card payments.

We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve our services.

• Delivery address
• Account login credentials

2.2 Order & Transaction Information

• Products ordered
• Order history
• Uploaded payment receipt (manual payment verification)
• Order status and delivery details

2.3 Device & App Data

• Device identifiers (for push notifications)
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token
• App usage and crash logs (for stability and improvement)

3. Payments

Alrayyan Market does not collect or process payments directly inside the app.

• All payments are completed manually by the customer (for example, bank transfer)
• Customers upload a payment receipt image after completing payment
• We do not store card numbers, bank credentials, or online payment details

4. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery services are currently limited to Ethiopia
• Cash-on-delivery (COD) is not currently offered
• Delivery details are used only to complete the order

5. Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return or replacement if:

• The product is broken or damaged
• The wrong item was delivered
• The product is not working as described

Return requests are reviewed manually according to our return policy.

6. Push Notifications

We use push notifications to:

Delete your account in-app

1. Open the Alrayyan Market app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm your password and submit your request.

What happens after deletion

• Your personal profile details are removed or anonymized.
• Your authentication tokens are revoked and app access is disabled immediately.
• Cart, wishlist, and push notification tokens are removed.
• Order and transaction records remain for legal/accounting obligations, but are anonymized and no longer linked to your identity.

Alternative deletion support

If you cannot access your account, email us at support@alrayyanmarket.com with the subject Account Deletion Request using your registered email address.

10. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent user data to third parties.

We may share limited data only when necessary:

• With delivery partners (to complete delivery)
• To comply with legal requirements or lawful requests
